Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Variable start times between 6am and 8am
• On-call required one day per week and every fourth weekend

Key Qualifications:

• Current Nursing license with ORT specialization
• Experience in orthopedic or surgical settings
• Familiarity with robotic surgery is a strong asset
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to perform effectively during variable shifts and on-call hours

Responsibilities:

• Support surgical teams throughout orthopedic and robotic-assisted procedures
• Maintain a sterile and organized operating room environment
• Follow all safety protocols and best practices for patient care
• Actively participate in surgical instrument preparation, patient positioning, and room turnover
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff for flawless operational flow
