Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Variable start times between 6:00 am and 8:00 am
• On-call responsibility: 1 day per week and every 4th weekend

Desired Qualifications:

• Active certification and licensure as an ORT/Nurse (as applicable to local regulations)
• Previous experience with orthopedic and/or robotic-assisted surgeries strongly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative surgical environment
• Excellent adaptability, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to accommodate variable start times and on-call rotations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgical teams with orthopedic and robotic procedures, maintaining highest standards of patient care and safety
• Prepare, organize, and ensure sterility of operating rooms and equipment
• Communicate proactively with surgeons, nurses, and fellow techs for seamless workflow
