About the Role Delta Health is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Phlebotomist/Lab Aide to join our Laboratory Services team. As a key member of our clinical support staff, you'll work directly with patients of all ages and backgrounds to collect and process blood specimens while providing exceptional patient care. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong interpersonal skills, and takes pride in precision and safety. Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary collections with minimal discomfort to the patientAccurately identify patients and label specimens per protocolFollow proper infection control standards and safety proceduresInteract professionally and empathetically with patients of all agesAssist with general lab support duties as neededCommunicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and lab personnel Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in phlebotomy preferredCertification as a Phlebotomist preferred (additional pay applies)Strong multitasking and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and focused in high-pressure or fast-paced situationsCPR certification is helpful but not required Why Join Delta Health?
