Certified Surg Tech Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. The clinician will prepare the operating room, sterilize equipment, and provide intraoperative support to the surgical team to promote patient safety and efficient workflow.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• BLS Certification.
• 2 years' experience as a certified OR Tech / Surgical Technologist in a surgical environment.
• Experience working in a hospital operating room setting.
• Ability to work scheduled mid shifts and function within a multidisciplinary surgical team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with a range of surgical specialties commonly performed in hospital ORs.
• Prior experience in a high-volume or tertiary care surgical program.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 10:45 to 23:15.
• Expected hours: 36 per week.
• Shift pattern: 3x12.
