Required Skills Certified Surgical Technologist certification or valid LVN/LPN license BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) Proficiency in preparing and maintaining sterile fields Ability to scrub in multiple specialty areas such as Transplants, Open Heart, Urology, Neurology, Robotics, and more Excellent aseptic technique and attention to infection control standards Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to transport, position, and care for surgical patients Competence in handling biological specimens and setting up OR supplies efficiently Nice to Have Skills Experience with advanced surgical procedures and instrumentation Flexibility to float between different OR locations and specialties Familiarity with electronic medical records and physician preference cards Strong organizational skills for maintaining sterile environments and supplies Preferred Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology or LVN/LPN program Minimum of 2 years of surgical tech experience preferred Prior travel or exposure to multiple healthcare settings is a plus Other Requirements Active certification as a Surgical Technologist or valid LVN/LPN license BLS certification required Ability to travel to various healthcare facilities as needed, with start date of 06/15/2026 Willingness to be on call and support floating to different locations Commitment to maintaining a safe, aseptic, and patient-centered environment Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Embark on a rewarding career journey where your skills make a tangible difference.
