During downtime, take advantage of Delphi's vibrant community, local history, and proximity to picturesque trails and parksideal for both relaxation and adventure.
Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour shifts (7:00 am 5:30 pm), Monday through Friday with a rotating day off
- Weekend call rotation
- Weekday and weekend call requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- BLS certification required
- CST credentials and NBSTSA certification required
- Experience with a wide variety of cases; preferred skills include robotics training and vascular or open heart experience
- Positive attitude, adaptable, self-starter, and attentive to team needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support surgical teams in a state-of-the-art OR environment (10 OR suites)
- Assist with general, orthopedic, spine, neuro, GYN, ENT, urology, podiatry, vascular, robotics, and open heart procedures
- Operate a range of advanced OR equipment; EMR: EPIC
- Participate in weekday and weekend call rotations
- Maintain a professional appearance (surgery scrubs provided)
