During downtime, take advantage of Delphi's vibrant community, local history, and proximity to picturesque trails and parksideal for both relaxation and adventure.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour shifts (7:00 am 5:30 pm), Monday through Friday with a rotating day off
  • Weekend call rotation
  • Weekday and weekend call requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
  • BLS certification required
  • CST credentials and NBSTSA certification required
  • Experience with a wide variety of cases; preferred skills include robotics training and vascular or open heart experience
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, self-starter, and attentive to team needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support surgical teams in a state-of-the-art OR environment (10 OR suites)
  • Assist with general, orthopedic, spine, neuro, GYN, ENT, urology, podiatry, vascular, robotics, and open heart procedures
  • Operate a range of advanced OR equipment; EMR: EPIC
  • Participate in weekday and weekend call rotations
  • Maintain a professional appearance (surgery scrubs provided)
