Working alongside experienced clinicians in a dynamic Operating Room setting, youll have the chance to enhance your skills with exposure to a wide array of surgical casesincluding robotics, vascular, neuro, and open heart. During downtime, take advantage of Delphi's vibrant community, local history, and proximity to picturesque trails and parksideal for both relaxation and adventure.
Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour shifts (7:00 am 5:30 pm), Monday through Friday with a rotating day off
- Weekend call rotation
- Weekday and weekend call requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- BLS certification required
- CST credentials and NBSTSA certification required
- Experience with a wide variety of cases; preferred skills include robotics training and vascular or open heart experience
- Positive attitude, adaptable, self-starter, and attentive to team needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support surgical teams in a state-of-the-art OR environment (10 OR suites)
- Assist with general, orthopedic, spine, neuro, GYN, ENT, urology, podiatry, vascular, robotics, and open heart procedures
- Operate a range of advanced OR equipment; EMR: EPIC
- Participate in weekday and weekend call rotations
- Maintain a professional appearance (surgery scrubs provided)
