What You'll Bring: Minimum of 3 years recent experience in an operating room within a level 1 or 2 trauma center Proven expertise in trauma, ortho, general, ENT, vascular, GYN, and bariatric cases Certified surgical technologist with scrub experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to perform surgical tech duties with minimal supervision in an acute care setting Successful pre-employment health clearance Nice to Have: Experience working in teaching hospitals or large acute care facilities Familiarity with pediatric surgical cases Additional certifications or specialized training in trauma or specialty areas Preferred Education & Experience: Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) At least 3 years of recent OR experience within the last 4 years at a comparable facility Other Requirements: Willingness to work evening shifts, including a mix of 4 8-hour and 4 12-hour shifts (11:00-19:30, 15:00-23:30, 11:00-23:30) No history of license or certification suspensions or investigations Willing to travel or relocate if applicable We offer highly competitive pay at $54.81/hr, along with comprehensive benefits such as weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick time, a robust referral bonus program, and reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and more.
