Certified Surg Tech Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and supporting the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a surgical technologist in an operating room setting.
• Experience with general surgery, gynecology, urology, robotics, thoracic, orthopedics, podiatry, vascular, ophthalmology, and ENT procedures.
• Ability to meet on-call commitment of 34 shifts per month including weeknight evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two or more years of perioperative experience across multiple specialties.
• Experience supporting robotic cases.
• Prior experience in a hospital operating room environment.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 07:0019:00.
• Shift pattern includes 5 eight-hour days MondayFriday (07:0015:30) and options including three 12-hour shifts WednesdayFriday (07:0019:30).
• On-call commitment of 34 shifts per month for weeknight evenings and weekends.
