Schedule: M-F, 9:30am6:00pm

Why This Role Matters
As a Phlebotomist, you are a critical part of the patient experience and diagnostic process. Your ability to collect accurate specimens and build patient trust directly contributes to high-quality care and reliable testing outcomes.

What You'll Do
Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric patients
Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of specimens in the patients presence
Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing in accordance with established procedures
Maintain accurate records and required documentation
Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
Support coverage across Patient Service Centers and in-office locations as needed

What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent required
13 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (TDAP, Varicella, MMR, COVID, Influenza, and negative TB result)
