What You'll Do
Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, with daily pediatric collections required
Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of specimens in the patients presence
Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing according to established procedures
Maintain accurate records and required documentation
Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
Support coverage across Patient Service Centers and in-office locations as needed
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent required
13 years of phlebotomy experience, including at least 1 year of pediatric experience
Strong patient interaction and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites as needed
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB test required; COVID and Flu strongly recommended)
