Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: M-F, 9:00am5:30pm (may include rotational weekends 8:45am5:30pm and holidays 7:45am4:30pm)

As a Phlebotomist, you serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a safe, accurate, and compassionate specimen collection experience. Your work directly impacts the quality and reliability of diagnostic testing and patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric
Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of specimens in the patients presence
Prepare and process clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures
Maintain accurate records and required documentation
Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
Support multiple locations and adapt to changing staffing and business needs
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent required
13 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet compliance requirements (TDAP, MMR, Varicella, COVID, Influenza, and negative TB result)
