Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (with potential pathway to hire)
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30am6:30pm (off Tuesday)

What You'll Do
Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques (including pediatric and geriatric patients)
Prepare, label, and process specimens in accordance with established procedures
Verify patient identification and ensure accurate documentation and labeling
Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients during procedures
Travel between patient service centers and physician offices as needed
Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment
Uphold confidentiality standards and ensure accuracy of patient information
Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection when required

What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Prior experience in a patient service center environment preferred
Comfortable handling a high-volume workload and multiple priorities
Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and clean driving record
Flexibility to travel and cover multiple locations with short notice
Keyboard and data entry proficiency
Ability to meet compliance requirements
