You play a vital role in the diagnostic process by ensuring accurate specimen collection and exceptional patient experiences. Your attention to detail, technical skill, and commitment to care directly support timely and reliable healthcare outcomes.

What You'll Do
Collect blood specimens (venipuncture, capillary) from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling with patient confirmation
Maintain required documentation and records with a high level of accuracy
Provide a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for patients
Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed
Demonstrate strong customer service skills and promote a positive patient experience
Adapt to various work locations including patient service centers and physician offices as needed

What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
13 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
Strong phlebotomy technique and specimen handling skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, or on-call based on staffing needs
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to meet compliance requirements
