This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work in a high-volume setting while ensuring patient comfort and specimen integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patientsComplete 30-50 draws per day in a fast-paced environmentConduct specimen labeling, handling, and processing accuratelyPerform patient rounds and assist with specimen collection workflowMaintain proper documentation and ensure accurate patient identificationStock and replenish phlebotomy and lab suppliesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocolsEnsure compliance with OSHA and infection control guidelines Qualifications & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1+ year of phlebotomy experience requiredAt least 2 years of blood draw experience preferredExperience in high-volume environments (30-50 draws/day)Strong venipuncture skills and patient interaction experienceAbility to stand for extended periods (most of the shift)Comfortable working in a Patient Service Center (PSC) settingStrong attention to detail and communication skills Work EnvironmentPatient Service Center (PSC) settingOn feet most of the dayFast-paced, high-volume workloadMay work independently or with a small teamFloating required between multiple nearby locations Training1 week system trainingFollowed by hands-on training SPECTRAFORCE is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, disability or veteran status, or any other category protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
