What You'll Do
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws on patients, including pediatric and geriatric populations
Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection duties with confidence and accuracy
Promote a positive image with patients, clients, coworkers, and the public

What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience (one or more years preferred)
Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
Keyboarding and data entry proficiency
Flexibility to work based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as required
Ability to meet compliance requirements
