As a floater, your flexibility and expertise help ensure continuity of care across patient service centers and provider offices, even as staffing needs change.

What You'll Do
Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen processing activities accurately and on time
Collect both clinical and forensic specimens following established practices and procedures
Verify patient demographics and specimen labeling at the time of collection, including patient signature postvenipuncture
Maintain required records and documentation with a strong focus on confidentiality and accuracy
Create and maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
Promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public

What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
Strong organizational skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel to multiple locations with minimal notice
Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and clean driving record, if applicable
Keyboarding and data entry experience
Ability to meet compliance requirements
