What You'll Do
Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen processing activities accurately and on time
Collect clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures
Verify patient demographics and labeling accuracy at the time of collection
Maintain required records and documentation with attention to confidentiality
Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
Demonstrate leadership behaviors and promote a positive image to patients and staff
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
13 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build patient trust
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
Excellent organizational skills in a high-volume environment
Flexibility to support staffing needs, including holidays, weekends, overtime, and travel to multiple locations as needed
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license, if applicable
Keyboarding and data entry experience
Ability to meet compliance requirements
