Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Experience:

24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

24 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

Requirements:

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed.

6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Oregon Health & Science University and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Oregon Health & Science University.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Patient Ratio Experience: 1:1

Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience.

Required Credentials: Successful completion of a Surgical Technology program.

Unit/Facility Details: Main OR when there are not CVOR cases- integrated OR.

Shift & Scheduling: Variable day. Cardiac Call required.

Floating Requirement: To our ambulatory sister site, CHH, if needed.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

14 days maximum time off

2 references required
