Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. The Surgical Technologist will prepare the operating room, sterilize equipment, handle instruments and supplies during procedures, and support the surgical team while maintaining the sterile field and ensuring patient safety.
Minimum Requirements:
- Certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or equivalent.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per facility policy.
- Associate degree or certificate of program completion in Surgical Technology: Required.
- Relevant acute care experience: Preferred.
- National Board of Surgical Technologists or Association of Surgical Technologists certification: Preferred.
- Experience in an operating room/surgical environment. Preferred prior experience as a certified OR/Surg Tech.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surgical Technologist in a surgical environment. Preferred.
- For specialized roles, experience in procedure-specific environments such as CVOR is preferred when applicable.

- Shift pattern: 4x9, 36 hours per week (per client scheduling).
