Qualifications: Valid certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required. Strong foundation in perioperative nursing and operating room procedures. Experience with a variety of surgical specialties preferred. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in high-stress environments. Effective communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams. Adherence to the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety.
