We are a team of about 70 members with RNs, CSTs, CNAs, Lactation Consultants and Leadership. Our team is dedicated to quality patient care, safety and relationship based care, meaning we care for our patients, our team members and ourselves. We encourage and provide opportunities for frequent team collaboration, education and continually seek feedback and staff engagement in unit operations and processes. Our team excels in emergency situations coming together to take care of our patients and families physically and emotionally, everyone jumps in to help! What You Can Expect: Two part time options available .3 FTE (1 12 hour shift per week, variable day) 0.45 FTE (night shift 1900-0730 three nights per pay period, variable nights) Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent Licenses/Certifications: Certified as a Surgical Technologist (CST) by National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) OR Tech in Surgery Certified (CST-NCCT) by National Center Competency Testing (NCCT) AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross What's In It For You At St. Luke's, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission - and this includes our own SLHS team.
