Medical Lab Supervisor Jobs in Montclair, CA
A Medical Lab Supervisor in the med tech industry oversees the daily operations of a medical or clinical laboratory. They ensure that the lab adheres to standard procedures and regulations for analyzing specimen samples, and troubleshoot any technical issues with the lab equipment or processes. They also supervise and direct lab staff, provide training, and manage scheduling and budgeting. Prior to becoming a Medical Lab Supervisor, a person may have roles as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Laboratory Technician, gaining experience in performing lab tests and understanding lab operations.
