Cardiovascular Technician Jobs in Flemington, NJ
A Cardiovascular Technician, also known as a Cardiovascular Technologist, plays a vital role in the med tech industry by assisting physicians in diagnosing and treating heart and blood vessel ailments. They primarily perform non-invasive procedures, such as electrocardiograms (EKGs), stress tests, and Holter monitoring, while some specialize in invasive procedures, such as cardiac catheterizations. A Cardiovascular Technician should hold a certification from either the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
