• Assist in the collection of specimens and adequately prepare samples for testing as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures while providing training to new team members or students and maintaining optimal lab quality standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health profession along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Required Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.
• Maintain ongoing certification to ensure compliance throughout employment.
