Description Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and complex laboratory analysesincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of test results by troubleshooting discrepancies and performing necessary calibrations and preventative maintenance on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples meticulously for a range of tests as needed.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, contribute to training new staff or students, and help uphold exemplary lab quality standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, including ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ACSP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your time with us.
