Description Your Contributions

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory examinationsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing established protocols.
• Ensure result accuracy through careful analysis, troubleshooting any errors, and performing preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members, and ensure compliance with lab quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace while adhering to regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health education along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within a year of hiring.
• Current certification must be maintained throughout employment.
