Education

• A Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Continuous maintenance of certification throughout your career is required.
