Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist - Clinical Lab

Under the direction of the Laboratory Director and/or Laboratory Manager, plans, directs, and supervises all technical and operational activities performed in his/her respective section(s).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Meet CLIA requirements for a General Supervisor.
• Sufficient clinical laboratory experience to perform accurately and precisely the assigned work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of work experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably a hospital setting.
• 4 years of experience in a clinical laboratory following licensure or certification
