Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) - Contract
Location: Burlington, CO
Pay: $1,800 - $1,900 per week
Shift: Days
Contract Duration: 13 weeks

What You&ll Do
Perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests (hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, etc.)
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers
Ensure proper specimen collection, handling, and processing
Adhere to quality control and regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, HIPAA)
Communicate findings clearly with healthcare providers
Requirements
Associate&s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field
ASCP or AMT certification as MLT (Required)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital lab setting
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with LIS systems and lab safety protocols
Certifications
MLT (ASCP or AMT) - Required
Schedule
Days 4x10 hour shifts
