Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Experience:

24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:- Experience with trauma, dental, thoracic, crani, and totals required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:- Childrens hospital experience preferred.- Experience with Veriscan and Scope Buddy preferred.-Teaching Hospital Experience- Community Hospital Experience

Required Credentials:- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests:- RTO must be listed at time of submission.- Block schedule requests accommodated per manager discretion.

Unit Details:- Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.- Processing includes all vendor trays, cleaning robotic equipment, Steris V-Pro low temp sterilization, ultrasonic equipment, and Steris mechanical washers.- Flexible endoscope reprocessing includes bronchoscopes, colonoscopes, EGD scopes, endobronchial ultrasound scopes (EUS), enteroscopes, ERCP scopes, and fiber optics.- Uses Epic.

Shift & Scheduling: - On-call required with rotating weekends.

Floating Requirements:- Intercampus floating.

5 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

CASSPT (Certified Ambulatory Surgery Sterile Processing Technician (CBSPD)) or the alternative certification CRCST

CFER (Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor)

BLS (Basic Life Support)
