Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. The clinician will prepare the operating room, maintain sterile technique, sterilize and set up instruments and equipment, and provide direct support to the surgical team to promote patient safety and efficient case flow in a hospital-affiliated ambulatory surgery setting in Parker, CO.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
- Active DORA (Colorado) certification.
- Minimum 1 year current acute care Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) experience, with demonstrated OR experience.
- BLS certification.
- Competence in common orthopedic procedures, including total joints, sports medicine, podiatry, and general orthopedics preferred (candidates with ortho/spine experience will be considered first).
- Willingness to float to other surgery centers within a 25-mile radius on an as-needed basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with total joint procedures and sports medicine cases.
- Familiarity with paper and SIST documentation systems.
- Flexible, confident, and team-oriented personality suited to a fast-paced ambulatory OR environment.

- Float requirement: Must float to any surgery center within 25 miles as needed.
