Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to a regional hospital in La Porte, IN. Join a Cath Lab team supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. You will assist physicians and other cath lab personnel, operate imaging equipment, and contribute to patient preparation and post-procedure care in a fast-paced procedural environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- ARRT certification required.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- 12 years of Cath Lab experience required. (Client indicates 12 years preferred; minimum experience must meet client requirement.)
- State licensure as required by Indiana.
- Candidates must be located more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be accepted.
- Required documents must be attached at submission: professional license(s), certifications, and drivers license with permanent home address that matches submitted address.
- Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- RCIS (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) preferred.
- Procedure-room experience in a fast-paced cath lab preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 07:0015:30.
- Call requirement: 24-hour call shifts, approximately 10 call days per month.
- Floating to other facilities: No.
- Work environment: 2 cath procedure rooms and 1 EP procedure room.
- Typical case staffing: 1 RN, 1 Tech, and 1 RN/Tech float.
- Scrub color: Blue procedural scrubs provided.
