Certified Surg Tech Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to assist physicians and nurses in the operating room for surgical procedures. The role requires preparing the operating room, sterilizing and organizing instruments, anticipating surgeon needs, and providing safe intraoperative support to the surgical team in a hospital setting in Asheville, NC.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist in an operating room environment.
• Must have skill level 3 or higher in joint, neuro, ortho, and vascular procedures. No exceptions. (Client requirement.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a Level II trauma or comprehensive stroke center environment preferred.
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 06:45 start to 05:15 end.
• Shift occurs during daytime schedule.
