This travel assignment is an outstanding opportunity for experienced ORTs to broaden their clinical skill set by working alongside new leadership approaches and adapting to diverse surgical practices. Days are spent mastering your craft in the OR, while downtime lets you explore the unique offerings of the region.

Schedule:

• Start Time: 6:30 am
• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
• On-call responsibilities required

Desired Qualifications:

• Must live at least 100 miles from Sun Valley, NV
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and NBSTSA certification required
• High school diploma required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years experience in an operating room setting
• Strong experience in ENT, General, GYN, Neuro/Crani/Spine, Ortho, Urology, Vascular, and Robotic procedures
• Excellent communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare for surgical procedures in collaboration with the OR team
• Assist surgeons during complex cases, anticipating needs and maintaining sterile techniques
• Sterilize surgical equipment thoroughly and diligently
• Assemble scheduled and emergency case carts
