Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

This role will require floating to multiple locations

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:- Endoscope reprocessing, general decontamination, and sterile processing.

Required Credentials:- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests:- RTO must be listed at time of submission.- Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network; must have left in good status if former employee.

Unit Details:- Cleans and sterilizes campus-wide instrumentation including clinics and endoscope processing.- Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.- Parking Cost: No Fee

Shift & Scheduling:- No call required.- No weekends required.- Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Community Hospital experience.

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear Yes or No response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

BLS (Basic Life Support)

CASSPT (Certified Ambulatory Surgery Sterile Processing Technician (CBSPD)) or the alternative certification CRCST
