What You'll Do
Collect blood specimens from patients using proper techniques for accuracy and patient comfort
Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
Maintain accurate records and documentation of collections and patient information
Provide excellent customer service while creating a calm, professional environment
Follow all safety, compliance, and confidentiality protocols
Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred)
Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic keyboard and data entry proficiency
Flexibility to support staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, or overtime when required
Ability to meet compliance requirements
