As a member of the surgical team in the RIAO, the SPECIALTY SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST provides technical assistance to the surgeon/physician during surgical intervention under the supervision of the RN. When not directly assisting the physician in a procedure, may participe in the rendering of pient care under the direction of the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse or Registered Nurse. Unified by the core purpose of creing a healthier community one person a time, the members of the Division of Pient Care Services commit themselves to sustaining a culture focused on achieving optimal pient outcomes. Certificions, Licenses, Registrions : Licensed Surgical Tech Diploma (must pass Diploma/graduion test), American Heart Associion Basic Life Support BLS CPR Certificion, Accredited Surgical Technology Course Certifice CST - Certified Surgical Technologist - already obtained.
