Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Evenings

Pay: $25.80 - $38.70 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary :
Develop skills necessary to perform entry level core sterile processing functions.

Responsibilities :

• Instrument and equipment decontaminion and cleaning following IFU's while having the ability to disassemble items before choosing approprie cleaning method.
• Performs visual inspection of instruments and equipment prior to approprie assembly and packaging of instruments or equipment.
• Performs approprie sterilizion of instrument and equipment based on IFUs while inspecting and ensuring all external indicors, filters and labels are approprie.
• Documents work performed utilizing instrument tracking software/paper documention as required.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 
  
  Within 1 year of hire: Certified as a CSPDT (Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) from CBSPD or CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) from Healthcare Sterile Processing Associion (HSPA).
