Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >65 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Valley Health System (VHS).

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:2+ years of CVOR CST.- be proficient with Word

Preferred Skills/Experience:5+ years of CVOR CST experience preferred.

Unit Details:Adult patients.Uses ECMO, MAZE, and IABP.Proficiency in Word, Excel, Epic, Workday and ShiftWizard

Shift & Scheduling:On-call: 6-13 on-call shifts within a 4-week period; can include weekends and holidays.

Floating Requirements:Float to vascular and thoracic cases; may float to main OR if no vascular cases.

7 days maximum time off

2 references required from within the last 12 months

Drivers license required for submission

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certification TS-C
