Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical technology within a specialized setting Current AHA BLS certification Recent experience in Neuro and Thoracic surgeries Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure Ability to effectively collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other team members Nice to Have Skills: Experience operating DaVinci XI robotic systems Additional certifications or specialized training in neuro or thoracic procedures Bilingual abilities or strong communication skills Preferred Education and Experience: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification Prior experience in high-volume surgical units Experience in hospital environments with open 24/7 operations Other Requirements: Willingness to work a schedule from Monday to Friday, 10:45am-11:15pm Ability to travel or relocate as needed within 50 miles of the Atlanta area Commitment to maintaining current licensure and certifications Flexibility to adapt to varying case volumes and case types Embark on a rewarding career path with competitive pay of $38.63 per hour, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick leave, and access to reimbursements for licensure, certifications, and travel.
