We are currently seeking a dediced and detail-oriented Medical Technologist to join our team on a PRN basis for the Night Shift.

**Position Summary:**
The Medical Technologist (Med Tech) will perform a variety of laborory tests, provide accure results, and assist in the diagnostic process, ensuring compliance with all regulions and standards. The ideal candide will demonstre strong analytical skills, tention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality laborory practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine and complex laborory tests in areas such as hemology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank.
- Opere, calibre, and maintain laborory equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Ensure quality control measures are adhered to and participe in quality assurance programs.
- Analyze test results, identify discrepancies, and communice findings to healthcare team members.
- Maintain accure and detailed records of all tests performed, results obtained, and subsequent actions taken.
- Assist in the training and oriention of new staff and students as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare regulions including OSHA and CLIA.
- Stay upded with advancements in laborory technology and practices.

**Qualificions:**
- Bachelors degree in Medical Technology or reled field.
- Current certificion as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laborory Scientist (MLS) from an accredited organizion (e.g., ASCP, AMT).
- Previous experience in a clinical laborory setting preferred; however, new gradues are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of laborory procedures and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicion skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Must be able to lift and carry light to moderely heavy items (up to 30 lb).
- Visual acuity for reading laborory instruments and test results.
