Responsibilities:Responsible for the oversight of phlebotomy and specimen processing services. Serves as the technical expert in phlebotomy and specimen collection. Coordines phlebotomy and lab assistant activities to ensure timely, safe, efficient specimen collection and processing according to established collection protocols.
Qualificions:Educion
- H.S. Diploma or General Educion Degree (GED) Required
- 2 years of phlebotomy experience and/or lab processor or lab assistant Required
- Experience working in a hospital Preferred
- None Required
- CPT - Phlebotomy Technician Certificion Phlebotomy certificion through ASCP, ASPT, NCA or equivalent agency Preferred
