Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.50
Pay Info: $15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a three year work commitment. Non-certified techs will start at $24.00/hour and certified techs will start at $26.50/hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience.
Department Details
Orientation for new employees is usually 3-5 months and is 8-hour shifts. Once employee is off of orientation, employee will move to 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday with one day off each week. The position does require call which is once every week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks.

Provide assistance to the surgeon during surgical procedures, including preparing and organizing operating room instruments and supplies.

Qualifications
Position requirements:
A graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
Must be on the must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins.
National certification preferred, but not required. New grads are welcome to apply with or within certification.
