Pay Rate: $28/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with Potential Pathway for Hire
Schedule: MF, 8am5pm (flexibility required based on business needs)

What You'll Do
Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients
Accurately collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
Verify patient demographics and obtain required signatures to ensure proper specimen identification
Maintain required records and documentation in compliance with established procedures
Provide excellent customer service while creating a safe, professional, and welcoming environment
Travel to and support multiple patient service centers or inoffice locations as needed, often with minimal notice
Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collections following established practices
Promote a positive image with patients, clients, coworkers, and the public
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Prior experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred; phlebotomy certification preferred
Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a highvolume, fastpaced setting
Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and clean driving record
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, oncall, and overtime as needed
Ability to meet compliance requirements
