Pay: $24.85 $37.35/hour
The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

What youll do (and why it matters)
Youll play a direct role in keeping patients safe by ensuring every instrument is clean, sterile, and ready when its needed.
Clean and decontaminate surgical instruments with care and precision
Inspect instruments to make sure they are safe and fully functional
Assemble trays for upcoming surgical procedures
Sterilize instruments using autoclaves and specialized equipment
Deliver the right tools to the right place; on time, every time
Keep supplies stocked so care teams are never delayed
Maintain equipment so everything runs smoothly and safely
What youll bring
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Completion of a Sterile Processing program or related hands-on experience (preferred)
National certification (CRCST, CSPDT, or equivalent) within 1 year of hire
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right
Basic computer and communication skills

We also require candidates with 3+ months of related experience (e.g., veterinary tech, dental tech, surgical aid) where youve handled and sterilized instruments.
Nice to have (but not required)
Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment is helpful, but what matters most is your willingness to learn and take pride in your work.
