Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current and valid Nursing license
• Previous experience as an ORT or in a surgical/nursing environment required
• Solid understanding of operating room procedures and safety protocols
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
• BLS and additional certifications highly encouraged

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with surgical procedures, anticipating and meeting the needs of the surgical team
• Maintain sterile environments and ensure OR protocols are rigorously upheld
• Coordinate instrument and equipment setup, handling, and breakdown
• Support patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and ancillary staff
