• Clean, disinfect, inspect, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment
• Assemble instrument trays and case carts for surgeries
• Operate washers, sterilizers, and high-level disinfection equipment
• Monitor sterilization processes using biological and chemical indicators
• Maintain accurate equipment documentation and tracking
• Handle specialty surgical instruments (ENT, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Urology, Plastics)
• Ensure infection control and hospital safety standards are followed
• Support OR teams by preparing sterile supplies and equipment on time
