Required Skills: Proven experience in Cath Lab procedures and technologist duties Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, radiology, and vascular procedures Proficiency in operating Cath Lab imaging equipment and related technology Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to diverse clinical situations Strong communication and teamwork abilities Current state-specific licensure and certifications (e.g., CRT, RCIS or equivalent) Nice to Have Skills: Experience with pediatric or complex cardiac cases Knowledge of eCR or other electronic medical record systems Additional certifications in advanced cardiovascular procedures Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Associate's Degree or higher in Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred Prior experience floating between units and working in dynamic hospital environments Other Requirements: Must hold valid professional licensure and certifications Ability to commute to Norman, OK, and work full-time days Willingness to comply with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards Additional reimbursements for travel, licensure, and certification costs available when applicable Take the next step in your healthcare career and join a team that supports your growth and success!
