Required Skills: Valid Paramedic certification in Arizona (AZ) BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required; PHTLS or ITLS plus and NRP preferred Minimum of 2 years of ambulance experience, including Inter-Facility Transfer (IFT) experience a plus Strong patient assessment and emergency response skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations Nice to Have Skills: Experience in advanced airway management Prior experience in clinical education or mentorship Familiarity with hospital systems and transfer protocols Preferred Education and Experience: State-certified Paramedic with at least 2 years of hands-on ambulance experience Additional certifications or specialized training are advantageous Other Requirements: Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to travel as needed for transfers or on-call responsibilities Commitment to ongoing professional development We offer competitive pay at $43.55 per hour, weekly pay through direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
