Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain advanced imaging and monitoring equipment within the cardiac catheterization lab Assist cardiologists and other physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures Prepare the lab for procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available and functioning Monitor and assess patients' responses during procedures, communicating promptly with the clinical team Document all procedures and maintain accurate patient records according to facility and regulatory standards Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety guidelines within the lab environment Participate in ongoing education to remain current with evolving technologies and best practices in cardiac imaging Desired Qualifications: Previous experience as a Cath Lab Tech in a hospital or clinical setting Proficient in operating cath lab-related imaging systems and related support equipment Certification in radiologic technology or cardiovascular technology preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong teamwork with providers and allied health professionals This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment committed to advanced patient care.
